Flights & routing
Multi-city, mileage redemptions, complex layover puzzles. We map the calendar before we touch the airfare.
My Travel Factory is a small, full-service travel studio. We design every leg of the trip — flights, stays, visas, ground, and the in-between moments — and hand it back to you as something worth remembering.
We started My Travel Factory because the trips we kept loving — the ones our friends talked about for years — were never the ones planned by a portal. They were stitched together slowly, by a person who actually listened.
So that's what we are: a small studio of route-planners, visa nerds, local-spot collectors and obsessive note-takers. We work A–Z, one trip at a time, and we sweat the parts most agencies skip.
Eight services, one studio. Pick one or hand us the whole journey — most clients eventually do. Every trip ships with a printed dossier of confirmations, contacts and notes.
Multi-city, mileage redemptions, complex layover puzzles. We map the calendar before we touch the airfare.
Boutique hotels, ryokans, riads, farmhouses. We negotiate upgrades and write the brief — you arrive to a known room.
e-Visas, embassy appointments, transit permits, ETIAS. We chase the forms so you don't.
Day-by-day plans built around your pace. Sun-up cafés, late dinners, slow days — paced like a story, not a checklist.
Private cars, vintage rail, charters, drivers who know where to stop. Every handoff covered, door to door.
Real coverage for medical, cancellation and gear. We read the fine print and tell you what's actually covered.
Museum passes, omakase tables, ballet seats, hot-air balloons. The hard-to-get list, sorted.
One number, your timezone. Reroutes, restaurant swaps, lost passports — we're on it before you ask twice.
A long, unhurried conversation. Where you've been, what you loved, what you avoided. We listen, we ask, we take notes.
A first draft of the journey lands in your inbox — routes, stays, costs, alternates. We iterate until it reads like yours.
You go. We stay on call. When you're back, we send the album: photos, notes, receipts, the works — printed and bound.
They didn't just book the trip — they remembered us, every step.
Tell us where you're thinking, or just say hello. We reply within a working day — and the first conversation is on the house.
