The largest of the three, and the one built around being left alone.
Two adults, one double bed, generous space and more distance from the rest of the lodge than the other houses get. The fittings are the same throughout Sea River Lodge – air conditioning, hot water, wifi, a fridge – so what the extra buys is room and quiet, not a longer list of features. In a place whose entire proposition is a quiet river, that is the right thing to be paying for.
Who we put in it
Couples, almost always on the second half of a longer trip, when the temples are done and what is wanted is a day where nothing is scheduled.
Worth knowing
It sleeps two and only two. If your party is four, book one of the other houses rather than hoping for a folding bed.

Questions travellers ask
Can the Romduol take a family?
No - it is set up for two adults in one double bed. For four people, the Lotus A-Frame or the Frangipani Container House are the ones.
What makes it the luxury house?
Space and privacy rather than extra facilities. The fittings are the same across the lodge; this one gives you more room and keeps you further from everyone else.
Is it worth the difference over the A-frame?
If you are two people and the point of the night is quiet, yes. If you need four beds, it is not an option anyway.
Is breakfast included?
No, at any of the houses. Food is served at the lodge in the open air.
