Anyone flying into Phnom Penh from outside Cambodia.
Phnom Penh changed airports too. Techo International Airport (KTI) opened to commercial flights on 9 September 2025, about 19 km south of the city, and took over the international traffic. The old Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) now handles domestic flights, private jets and military use, so arriving international passengers land at Techo.

Two airport moves in two years means a lot of out-of-date advice is still circulating. If you booked a flight to Phnom Penh after September 2025, you are landing at Techo, not at the old airport near Russian Boulevard.
Techo is south of the city rather than north-west, so the drive in is a different route and a different length. We time the pickup around when you actually clear immigration rather than when the plane touches down, and the driver waits inside with your name.
If you are heading onward the same day – to Siem Reap, to Kampot, to the coast – tell us when you book and we will plan the day around the flight rather than the other way round.
