Phnom Penh and Siem Reap both have a deep serviced-apartment market aimed at long-stay visitors, remote workers and families. Monthly rates are far below the nightly equivalent, utilities are usually billed separately, and a one-month minimum is common. This is the right category for anything beyond about two weeks in one city.
