I trained as a guide but what I really do is feed people. A morning with me is four markets, a lot of tasting and an argument with at least one vendor about the price of crab. I am also interested in weaving and will happily take you out to the silk workshops on Koh Dach. I learned Japanese over six years of guiding groups from Osaka and it has stuck.
